About the project
Penally House is a period property built in 1836, situated in North Cornwall. It was in desperate need of sympathetic restoration to restore the original features to bring this historical home back to its former glory, after nearly 200 years.
The house needed gutting and new electrics and plumbing throughout. The period features were lovingly restored to create a blank canvas for me to bring Penally House back to life.
The house is a celebration of pattern and colour, whilst maintaining its English heritage. It is an eclectic mix of old and new in true ‘Noushka Design style’.
Penally House is featured in Renovation Nation, a brand-new TV series on Channel 4 following the renovations of crumbling period properties across the UK. The show can be seen on weekdays on Channel 4 at 4pm, or on catch up on All 4.
